Gaby fosters a warm, safe environment where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, overcome challenges, and develop coping strategies tailored to their individual needs.

With a strong focus on trauma-recovery, Gaby provides individual therapy for youth and adults as well as family therapy. She is especially passionate about supporting adults and parents in healing from trauma, breaking generational cycles, and nurturing healthier family dynamics. Her approach focuses on helping clients strengthen their abilities, enhance communication, and achieve personal growth that feels meaningful to them—whether on a personal level or within family systems.

As a first-generation graduate, neurodivergent therapist, and member of the LGBTQIA+ and Latinx communities, Gaby offers a unique and deeply empathetic perspective. Her lived experiences as a trauma survivor, foster youth, and person with a chronic illness enhance her ability to connect with clients and support them on their unique healing paths.

Gaby’s diverse experience includes working with children on the autism spectrum as a behavioral interventionist, helping them reach developmental milestones while supporting their families. She has also worked in early childhood development, fostering parent-child connections, and provided school-based therapy for adolescents and clinical support for adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and family challenges.

Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, Gaby is committed to ensuring her clients feel seen, valued, and supported. She believes in every individual and family's potential to grow and is dedicated to guiding them toward lasting transformation and healing.
